I am in my eighties and the waist is about 37- 38 rekaxed and th hips are not big but because of the belly it measures about 44 otherwise I am slim in legs . A 14 in regular clothes pants has a hard time reaching around me. Do I use women's sizes which seem to run too large everywhere else or what?

BEST ANSWER: Tall/medium inseam is 32" (after washing a few times). The rise, front and back on the T/M is much longer than the Regular pant.

BEST ANSWER: I don't recall having a shrinkage problem. I do not put them in the drying the full time. I really like these. In fact I have three pairs in different colors.

BEST ANSWER: I am away from home, but think I shortened them 1 in and I have a 25 in inseam!
Do these pants sit at the actual waist as the picture seems to show? I cannot tell as no RISE measure is given. I've found that knit pants that sit "just below the natural waist" ALWAYS slip down when walking or sitting.

BEST ANSWER: Unfortunately, no. However, they are so comfortable I make do without pockets. They are my favorite "go to" pants.
Since fabric is knit, is it stretchy? Does it keep its shape or "give" a lot?

BEST ANSWER: These pants are great! They keep their shape - do not get baggy. Very comfortable!!! The waist band does not roll down. Love these!!! I am 5'8" at 145lbs - I got the small in tall. I wash in cold water, and hang to dry. No shrinkage! I highly recommend - you will love them!!

BEST ANSWER: Hi Nadine - When I ordered mine, I used the size guide and the pants were true to size. I'd measure, look at the size guide, and order accordingly. If you are a 22-24 W, that would be a 2X. If you don't wear women's sizes, the misses only offers XL and the size guide says XXL would fit. I hope this helps.

BEST ANSWER: I have very long legs ans the medium hits right at top of my shoe. Long is more comfortable length for my taste because I prefer shoes with a bit of a heel.
I love these pants. They are comfortable, business casual and look great with any length blouse over them.
What is the difference between these pants and the Slim Station pants? Are these looser?

BEST ANSWER: is this fleece like sweat pant fleece material or is it like soft fleece pajama material found in children clothing departments that folds and drapes and is very soft on the skin. My mother has very delicate easily irritated skin.
