I am 5'6". This robe comes to my ankles. It washes really well and wears well. I would not hesitate to purchase it again.

Has anyone had difficulty with shrinkage around the zipper when washed? I have purchased robes with zippers that ended up looking like a roller coaster down my front.

BEST ANSWER: If you put it in the dryer, it will shrink, as it is cotton. I hang to dry, while wet and when the zipper is open, after laundering, I gently stretch along side both sides of the zipper. This minimizes the shrinkage, also be careful to wash in cold water.

I bought this for my mom and it is her absolute favorite robe. There was no shrinkage around the zipper at all and the fabric is high quality. I do all her laundry and I take this robe out of the dryer and get it back to her without any ironing at all.

I bought this for my 94 year old mother--it has been washed several times and it does not shrink the area around the zipper. It's a very well constructed robe--you will be quite happy with it.

I have had no problems with shrinkage around the zipper after washing. I do not put it in the dryer though.
I hang it to dry.

What is the length of this robe?

BEST ANSWER: I am 4' 11", and I purchased the PS. I absolutely love the robe. The length is perfect. It strikes me mid-calf. The sleeves hit me about three inches below my elbows. It washes and drys like a dream.
